We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in a quiet, attractive neighborhood with several restaurants on site. the staff were exceptional, offering incredibly helpful service with some even knowing us by name! the lobby and rooms were beautiful, with an exercise facility and a spa to enjoy. We loved the hot breakfast buffet and other amenities like the pool and well-stocked 24hr shop opposite the hotel. When taking a taxi, make sure to have the hotel's name written in Chinese to avoid confusion.

Although the hotel was in a quiet area, it was slightly inconvenient when it came to finding entertainment or restaurants within walking distance.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a welcoming service. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Convenient facilities like the restaurant, swimming pool, and gym. English-speaking personnel available.

The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel were outstanding. the room was spacious and contained exclusive features that enhanced my stay. the staff were polite and provided excellent service. the restaurant provided a wide range of high-quality dishes, which satisfied my taste buds.

Despite the excellent service provided by the staff, there was a slight language barrier. This minor issue was quickly resolved by the use of a translation app.

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to a mall and various small eateries nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, especially with the hot dishes. The gym and spa were also a plus.

The communication with some of the staff was difficult as they didn't speak English well. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, especially the bathroom which had stains and was not as clean as expected.

This hotel was the perfect choice for our Easter break. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the hotel's location was also a plus, with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet each morning, which offered a variety of fresh and delicious options.

they were always friendly, eager to help, and did their best to accommodate us despite the language barrier.

The staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. The swimming pool and gym were open from early morning to 10 pm.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
